The location was favourable and excellent for first time visitors to Sao Paulo. I thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was 20 minutes drive from the airport. The room was reasonably large and huge and it had a shower, hair dryers, and towels, that's cool.
Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the subway and offers a calm, clean and inexpensive place to stay. The breakfast is good, with a variety of options. The rooms have fridges stocked with products, which is a rare and convenient feature. The check-in hall is stunning and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We had a reservation issue that was quickly resolved and even received a free upgrade to the 8th floor. The neighborhood, contrary to some reviews, felt safe during the day. a great choice for a budget-friendly stay.
We felt very well looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was near a metro station and in downtown. We had easy access to transportation and could reach anywhere in the city easily. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
